Customize Wordpress Site (eCommerce)

Hi, I have a website, and I would like to have it customized. I am a forex (financial markets) trader, and want to sell my signals to subscribers. I have 3 different strategies with different risk and reward ratios. The subscriber shall be able to choose between one of this three, subscribe (buy) it, pay with different pay methods -paypal, creditcard, neteller...-, tell me within subscription some customized info I need [his broker, brokers server, his account number & investor password] and then, a little later, receive the signal onto his account. Beware: This is not an eCommerce product payment system; it is about subscriptions, that are valid within a time-period. If no more payment occurs after expiry of date, the membership/subscription gets deleted. [I already have a software, which I can use to send my signals to the trading accounts of my customers, therefore I need the infos from him, and then I manage all by my own]. What I need is a website, which gives easy registration/subscription offers for my customers, and easy (automatic) administration habits for me [what client has subscribed to which offer, and for what time period (from when to when)]. So as you may see there shouldn't just be 3 simple buttons for 3 different styles of subscriptions, but also the possibility for the customer to choose for how long he wants to subscribe (as for the longer, the less he pays allover). And a big advantage is if I can give him discounts/promotional codes, either at the beginning of the offer [at overview of the 3 different subscriptions, every visitor sees it] or just later, before payment [only people that received the promotional code can join] Design and function: Many themes from wordpress are built in the correct logic I need. From top to bottom: First comes a task list (Home, Info, About..); in the right top corner Register/Log-In (Select Language). Then mostly a slider for different pictures with short description and links to pages on the website, which would also suite me. Underneath this I need a text section for a short introduction. What then comes is the core feature: 3 different boxes (aligned next to each other), that represent my 3 different subscription options, from top to bottom: I upload a picture to show to you, how it shall look here - 3 subs overview. So this is it. As for the appearance of the website, I would like to have business style, but not with cold colour (bright colour, even a little gold, would be okay). I think there are many templates out there, that cover what I need. You could also only give me suggestions what kind of theme, plug-in, and so on I need, and what steps I have to go the. I would do so, and pay you for the guideline. Thanks
