we can use MD5, sha1, enc_encript.. many methods to encrypt the password.. also we can add own developed.. encrypted string to make the password very strong. I can do this task. thanks

Which type of encryption do you acually need? For a Website Login for example, you need to secure Client and Backend. For Client based encryption you should use SSL and add an extra Client Side Encryption based on JavaScript for example. At the Backend - a common strategy is to use the Password - a random generated salt ( saved in db ) and hash it as md5. The Md5 Hash is horrible hard to crack. There is no common way to decrypt it. You can only kind of bruteforce it with rainbowtables. You should provide more Informations, and i may can assist you with that.
