Hi There I have seen attached screenshot and see - Form setting and and Build option are not visible at all to operate it . I think it is because of some of code conflict between plugins or theme compatibility issue . DO you have seen this error right after installing the plugin or have used it before this plugin ? Do you have updated WOrdPress or theme recently ? I need login information to debug and correct the issue .
