Featured images do not import when importing .xml file

Featured images no longer import via .xml. Only a month ago featured images DID import using this method and now they do not. I export posts from my site [login to view URL] I then go to my live site [login to view URL] and using the standard Word Press importer I import the .xml file (see attachment file i have been trying to import). When I import all the posts and post information comes across however the FEATURED Image does not import. I have done some trouble shooting see below: 1. I have disabled all plugins and tried importing and I still have the issue. 2. I logged into another website which is with a different website hosting company and I have used the same .xml file and importing the same way and IT WORKs. The feature image comes across so I don't know if this means that the issue with the server the tiles site is on or not Please only bid on this project if you are able to fix my issue.
