hi can you convert this form into HTML ? online form when submit button clicked it would save as jpg. we are needing this for our office use , so users entry should save for future use and can be searched using the GUI anytime ( no need for login) also can you do this using bootstrap.. HTML template file is a guide for fields to create the HTML page and when user submitted this will save into DB and also will give the option to the user to send as email JPEG attached with email template and option to save as JPEG output with preferred contract template ... Jpeg output is will look like the Contract_Template files . you can map the fields easy between two documents by their names! we have another 5 contract template to be used in this system so make your BID accordingly.
