jQuery to Bootstrap migration for Laravel site -- 2

I have a working Laravel website and am trying to migrate 3 new pages in from another script I purchased separately. The new pages reference the latest jQuery and conflict with my existing site that uses Bootstrap. This project is to port jQuery to Bootstrap and adjust 3 pages so the code performs the same. YOUR BID MUST BE ALL INCLUSIVE FOR THIS PROJECT. Page 1 - "[login to view URL]" This page needs the CSS and jQuery modified. The jQuery conflicts with the Laravel Bootstrap because the entire page functions as expected on another server. The form fields do not appear correctly in a browser. The text fields should default to showing the field name when empty and the dropdown fields are not loading the data passed from the db. When submitting the form the dropdown fields pass only the last selected item (not multiple items) to the db. Needed fixes: a. Get CSS styles applied to form fields. b. Port and incorporate jQuery into existing site Bootstrap. c. Enable dropdown fields to show checked item selection at data load. d. Enable dropdown fields to pass multiple user selections to db at form submit. e. Demonstrate php page is working with similar function to this sample page: [login to view URL] (you may need admin/admin credentials to view) Page 2 - "[login to view URL]" This page has a simple image upload button that is not working. When pressing the button, a file dialog appears for selecting a local image. The hidden progress bar does not appear and the file upload is not attempted. Needed fixes: a. Port jQuery to existing Laravel Bootstrap at site. b. Enable upload progress bar while file upload occurs. c. Enable page refresh when upload complete showing image upload. d. Demonstrate php page is working with similar function to this sample page: [login to view URL] (you may need admin/admin credentials to view) Page 3 - "[login to view URL]" This new page will not load at all on my site. The page should display a grid of users and allow for sending email invitations. Needed fixes: a. Port CSS styles into page similar to look of sample working page (right screen in attached image) b. Port jQuery functions into Laravel Bootstrap at site. c. Enable sending pre-formed email message to user-specified address from within page. d. Demonstrate php page is working with similar function to this sample page: [login to view URL] (you may need admin/admin credentials to view)
