I have a website developed on a listings theme (Listable by Pixelgrade). My business is about listing profiles of small physical shops in my city. This is encouraged by an integrated registrated form (which is provided by the theme) and my problem is that everytime a user attemps to register their shop when they press submit the time for it to be submitted and go to the "Preview" (next) level it is too long. This means that the time it takes to submit the registration is too long and people do not know whether the registrarion is successful or not because until the page loads it takes "forever. So I just want to find someone that has experience with this kind of theme and can give me a solution for this problem and other recurring problems in the future.

Hello, I'm a web developer and designer, looks like you are facing the problem of latency when submitting data through the form, that can be due to numerous reasons, and it probably doesn't directly correlate with the theme you are using (which is Listable by Pixelgrade in your case).
