Hello, Sync-ing the fields between virtuemart and jomsocial should be straightforward enough, by developing a plugin which will implement this functionality. I'm not 100% sure, though, if it can be done without changing the jomsocial code. Most likely it is, but in the worst case scenario, i might need to add a plugin trigger in the jomsocial code. Just thought you should be aware of this. As for my experience: I have more than 7 years of experience with joomla, 10 with php.
