Movie database build

You will build a database and API for movies and TV Shows . This will be updated regularly by then system that you build on a linux server. This will update daily to contain all adds / deletions of movies and TV Shows from the previous 24 hours There will be an API associated with this that you will build where user can pull full database of the above, then pull daily adds / deletions from each of the systems. Also, I should be able to get a CSV file download of the full database when I want. This will include a complex API key. It will return the following information for movies and TV Shows. 1) IMDB ID for the movie / TV show 2) URL Link to the TV Show or Movie on VUDU 3) Country for the show (if applicable) 4) IMDB Title 4a) Vudu Title (this should be the same as the IMDB title) 5) Movie release year 6) Pricing to rent the video on Vudu (Some movies are free with adds, if they are free with adds, please have price be $0) 6a) Free with ads? (yes/no) - if free with adds = yes, then the price above is $0, if free with ads = no, then there would be a price in 6 above) 7) TV Series Name (if applicable) 8) LInk to the movie/TV show poster (eg: [login to view URL]) Exemptions / errors. System must create an exemption list of issues it identifies or errors, and send an email with these to an email address I provide so they can be assessed. [login to view URL] Has all titles and details. OMDB API -- I have access to this and you can use this to pull details for the IMDB ID, etc. No laws or website policies may be violated in building this.
