I have knowledge in using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Google Docs/Spreadsheets, PDF, Dropbox, and in addition, I have a good typing skill (45 wpm). I always cross-verifying each data that needs to enter into a database. It’s really important to me as inaccurate data can lead to wrong information and erroneous reports.
In the past, I have done a different type of jobs online such as Data Entry, Research, Web Scrape, Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, Customer Service or Support, Email and Chat Support. Certainly, what I’ve mostly loved is being a Virtual Assistant, even I have to spend long hours in the same seating position doing the same type of job. It’s kinda boring but I am enjoying my work.
I’ve worked with several US, Canadian, UK and Australian Clients. I am a hard worker, honest, very dedicate to my job, respecting deadlines, and I aim to deliver a good job in less estimated time and provide 100% quality services to my client. I can work Monday to Friday – Australia Business time and can work on weekends too if required.
