An ASP.NET or PHP web page to summarize tax parcel information retrieved from multiple tables in a SQL Server database on the same network. This is to replace an existing solution that uses classic ASP and PDF form templates. The database connection will be parameterized so that the page can be implemented with many databases that have a shared schema. Other configurable values probable (town seal, town name). All queries to share common input parameter (parcel ID). Base table will return single record and related tables will return zero to n records. The application should adjust page presentation according to the number of related records that are returned. It will also handle NULL values gracefully. Images (building photos and sketches) may or may not be included on the page depending on the presence of an 'IMAGE_LINK' value in the record set and the existence of the image file at the endpoint. The page will include a button to download as a PDF. See attached examples of existing output
