We need a developer to design and develop a reverse auction system. Main functionality: - Multi-language capability (i.e. integration with a language module) - Search Engine Friendly – all auctions conducted should be later saved as separate pages to attract future visitors via search engines. - E-mail notification system to contact registered members according to their interests and to inform them of new auctions. - Integration with a payment gateway - Automatic conversion functionality between buyer and seller currencies - Automatic calculation of auction commission and adding this to sale price. Please find a conceptual idea of the user views in the attached file. This is a conceptual prototype, not a design example – Your task will also be to propose a suitable simple design for the system you develop. When bidding please let us know: 1) Do You intend to base your development on some existing tools (e.g. reverse auction scripts, e-commerce platforms or CMS)? 2) How much will it cost per hour to order changes from You after the product has been delivered to You? 3) How much time You will need to develop the system? 4) What is your experience in developing earlier similar systems? 5) Please make your best bid ... ;-) !

I suppose to finish it in 1 month, you will paid me 350 EUR(includ 35 EUR for the freelancer) 4) What is your experience in developing earlier similar systems?
