Scriptcase 9.1

I would like to upgrade my Scriptcase 9 application, but not sure if I really need to do so. All previous attempts to create a simple web page where users can login and accomplish simple accounting tasks with a scalable database backend like SharePoint Online has failed. With Scriptcase some PHP is required to connect the backend and is slightly difficult and expensive for the novice. What I need is someone with Scriptcase knowledge or a PHP Website designer to assist me one-on-one, in building a website using smart forms where users are able to login and accomplish simple accounting tasks. I am an intermediate website developer with limited knowledge of Microsoft Access Apps. SharePoint, PHP, and CSS. I am efficient at building websites using site builders and connecting domains and experimental coding. The successful candidate for this project will assist me by first present the most affordable method for creating a user login website (with smart forms to perform accounting procedures) simple enough for an intermediate like myself to continue to create procedures as they come up either through renewing my Scriptcase license or building a website from scratch using a third party application in a no-code-required Environnement.
