We require approx 330 sites to be migrated from 3 different windows server (2008) to a new single windows 2012 machine. Various mix of sites, mainly small WordPress sites but also some ASP sites (and some ASP classic). One of the servers also has hMail installed so the mail will also need to be transferred. There is NO Control panel on any of the servers. Will need you to be available on Skype at a minimum (ideally phone also), during the migration. A project plan will need to be created and approved to ensure minimal downtime. Some items will need to be done outside of normal UK Business hours, however the majority of the work can be done during UK business hours. A final resync will need to be arranged, and you will need to be available for a minimum 14 days post migration to help with any issues that crop up. DNS Will also need to be changed.
