Hi, how are you doing? I can implement a script that checks for the exact device and allows to set up different output for each one or for groups of models. You would edit a file with the different options for the redirect and meta tags, per device/group and the rest would follow automatically.
I have used that before on a couple of websites and it works very nicely for redirecting to different pages for different devices, and also for displaying different content depending which device is being used; we actually change the layout of the page quite considerably for mobile.
Ok, hope to hear from you.
I'm online for 12-14 hours each day and will reply to any messages ASAP.
