Stock alert system PHP application

I need to create an online PHP application will allow me to add/edit/delete price alerts on any Stock, ETC, Forex currency pair or any financial market available by entering the instrument ticker, prices zones. I will need to integrate Alpha Vantage Free API and in a second step IQFeed API [login to view URL] The attachment shows a brief explanation of what I would like to create online. Summary of what I need: I need an online PHP application that will allow me to add any number of Stocks (any financial instrument available in the financial API) and set price alerts. I want to be notified by email or in the application when these financial instruments have reached a certain price, when they are within a price range (between 2 prices or a zone) and when that 2 price zones is broken. The idea is to have a list of financial instruments (stocks, etc) current price, % change, low, high, open, close, last price. Each instrument will have all those columns and also the alerts and zones columns so we can see real time which alerts have been triggered, how far price is from the alerts or if zones are broken.
