using traccar to decode ais sentence and display them in the web and link it to mysql data

GPS systems have been my main focus for 3 & 1/2 years. A couple of things: 1) Traccar is written in Java not PHP 2) AIS radios do not use TCP in the sense that they use VHF FM the same as marine radios, not GPRS 3) OpenSeaMaps is a sub project of OpenStretMaps, so the data received can be used to create an overlay and display it in Traccar using the OpenStreetMap API This bid is to install and configure Traccar to use OpenStreetMaps. Then write the communications software so traccar can decode the AIS location message sentences. The decoded information will then be inserted into the traccar MySQL database.
