Build a software

I want a softare that i can use to play backjack in one hand or with multi-hands (max 5 hands). I want to insert the dealers card, and my cards, and then, following the basic strategy of blackjack, the software tells me what to do. To make things easier, i want something like blackjack sniper. But i don´t like the image of blackjack sniper. I want something costumized. And don´t need to have a card counting. Just need to say my initial bet, and follow a martingale strategy, if i lost one hand, the software tells me to place 2 euros in the next hand. And, if possible, a option "always on top", so the program is always open at the same time that the table at the casino.
