Hello, We are looking for an Coder that can make ascript for making an PDF from Indesign in different sizes over our WD Server Automatic. We need an Hotfolder with an IN and an OUT folder. We copy the Indesign files in the IN Folder and the script makes an PDFs that comes in the OUT folder. The done Indesign files comes in an extra Folder DONE. We have about 60 different sizes. by our Artikelnumber in the file name you can see what size is used. example "01001-0114_Glück_dunkelrosa_w_aw“ the „14“ means the last 2 numbers of 9 tells the size. We are also looking for an way to change different colors in font and color frames in Indesign Automatic. Means we have an Indesign Design as Basic and want automatic to get like 20 versions - done with our specification. We have about 120 defined colors. The text and picture Frames will not have the same color in the hole design.

Step 1: INDESIGN Task - 1. open the *hot* Indd file 2. save as pdf, using the *settings* provided 3. close and move the indd file into /completed subfolder [INDD files are *cold* when in this folder] Step 2: Bridge script to keep looking at HOTFOLDER /INDD_IN folder if any INDD files found, ask INDESIGN to process the *hot* files Quote: Euro 200

You should write a small apps which will monitor the folder where your indesign file copied or located. Once it found a new indesign file (other file type would be ignored), it will execute the InDesign or Adobe script for making PDF for this file and then placed on preferred folder. Is this what you require?
