Bitcoin Trading Automation (API)

We're wanting a software developed to perform automated trading using GDAX API. The strategy we have on mind is to scalp/trend prices by purchasing coins at a low cost and selling at a high cost. All transactions must use the limit function in order to avoid fees at GDAX. We're open to other strategies that may perform better. However, with the scalping and trending, we would like to see such features implemented: - Auto learning the trends for a set amount of time (defined) before initiating trades. During this time, it will auto collect statistics on highs, lows, ratios of sells/buys, currency change (by how much), and etc. During this time, it will fine tune and auto adjust variables for generating best profit. - Ability to keep track of profit and loss margins so that the funds don't take a negative hit. - capability to specify percentage of funds that get purchased between each buy and sell. - Low Tick Frequency As GDAX provides BTC, LTC and ETH - The software would need to monitor trends for all three. Simultaneously trading between the three would be best (Monitor for best profit on trading). Arbitrage would also be a nice addition in such case a exchange between currencies has a higher profit margin. The CLI/Console of the software must present detail to the user. I would like the ability to see all trades, fills, values/trends, initial starting fund (static) and current fund (Earnings and Losses). There are multiple open source projects designed to offer similar features already on github. As such, it's always possible to use the framework and modify to fit our requirements.
