Build me a CNN and RNN for a dataset (not images)

Hi All, Its a deep learning project. I have a CSV file which has protein data. the last column is the label for each row(0-1). I'm very well aware that the dataset is not appropriate for either CNN or RNN because of its characteristics. but I need to you to build a CNN and RNN using Twnsorflow train and test the same datasets.(You can ignore few columns which are not relevant ) and save the result in another file with the expected label and resultant label(its a binary classification issue.)once the result is done you need to write another program to compare the resultant file with another file which is resultant of some other algorithm. Once the programming part is done I need documentation for whole code in Latex format including diagrams of how these layers handling the data. (if you are not familiar with Latex will talk about it)
