Face recognition through IP camera and webcam

we need a face_recognition algorithm built into our [login to view URL] are 3 use cases. 1)Face_recognigtion using images: first take the input of the person image(example:selfie) and ask for the identity card image like aadhar card or driving licence and compare those two images and provide below two output. first output:Image is matched or not(it should match 70%) second output:matching percentage like 79% or 82% etc. Incase if not matches(less than 70%) ask person to upload clear image. This was completed 80% and 20% pending. Example output: {"Not matched":[],"Matched":[["[login to view URL]",{"Matching Percentage":"68.59"}]]} 2)Face_recognition using webcam: Train your model with different people [login to view URL] a person stand infront of webcam need to identify his face and provide the label on this [login to view URL] tom,james etc while detecting the face. 3)Face_recognition using IP camera: It is almost same like webcam and need to identify the face and should say hi tom or james etc. You can train the model again with multiple people images. Desired document: we need to clearly understand the process/ code you have developed and need a document with steps and explanation. Also need your support while we deploy the models in to our system in case of any issues. More details will be provided when we interact directly.
