I would like to give my free time for your project. As i understand, your code is commented by '#' method rather than any standard python docstrings. So, i would need to extract all classes and methods and then collect all comments to make a recognised docstrings format. I have actually no problem in accomplishing your task but comments does not describe a block(classes, methods etc.) What i mean is the programmer might have used comments for any other purpose that might not fit your needs. I guess that your purpose is somewhat different which you haven't mentioned in description. You can discuss with me in hope to find a better solution.
