Use Python to create a csv file based on other csvfiles.

Requirements: Objectives: -Create a script to read in a set of input csvs that will create a new csv file with | as the separator -drop the new .csv file in a new location -Use python and any tool at your suggestion but needs to be able to execute using either Pycharm, Jupyter notebooks and run off the command line (powershell) and linux (ubuntu) Inputs: - two input csvs with headers - [login to view URL] (shape = 156, 14) - [login to view URL] (shape = 1096, 61) - config table in a csv to guide the dictionary and conditions used to create the final csv - [login to view URL] The config table structured as follows: - Column A: Dependancies: this shows the dependancies from the input csv's with relevant column from the inut csv's. - Column B: Conditions: this shows the conditions needed to create a new csv. - Columns can be conditional on either input csv's, not conditional and hardcoded, or defined with a string naming function (e.g. a unique ID creation) - Columnn C: CSV Header. The descending order on the config table represents the order the new .csv should flow from left to right. There are 34 new headers required - Column D to H. Example from each Typology in the [login to view URL] list that will be output as a record in the .csv Outputs - a new csv (shape = 156, 34) that draws it's anchor list from the [login to view URL] list - with column headers per order drawn from the config table - grouped by 'TYPO' - with GID set in ascending order (i.e. +1) - dropped into specified location Additional Requirements - instructions documented to execute from command line (windows, powershell) - instructions documented to execute from LINUX (Ubuntu, RHELP)
