write pandas/sklearn code to predict timeseries

sounds great, I am post doc researcher at robotic lab in paris, I have great experience python and machine learning, I can help you. it is not so complicated i can wrote it in a day.

I've been working with Pandas and sklearn for many many years as a Data Scientist. If the csv file is clean, I think I can write a couple of different regression models for you in a matter of hours. Approach: - Load the data using pandas - Visualise some stats about the data: outliers, colomn feature means, ... to see if there is anything that needs to be cleaned up - Try out a few basic baseline models (Linear Regression, Random Forrest, SVM, ...) - Evaluate the models performance using K-fold crossvalidation on a held-out test set - Try out a full sklearn pipeline that ensembles a few models together - Dump the best ensemble model to a Pickle file so you can easily load it on your own systems and run predictions on new, incoming data. Again, I think I can do this in a couple of hours time! Just let me know if I can start! I'll 15€/hour for this kind of standard ML work and I think I should be able to do this in about 5 hours, so I'm guessing 80€ will definitely be enough to complete this! (Never mind the bidding amount, it's random anyway)

We have academic understanding of decision trees, SVM and other techniques as well, but do not have live projects in this domain.
