Build a dynamic webapp using ReactJS + JSX + ES6 + FLUX + Webpack

We have designed all our pages in PSD and it has been already converted to HTML5 and CSS3 files systematically. We have backend running on NodeJS, we have nearly completed the backend REST API(ExpressJS) that has to be connected to the fronted. [ NO PSD CONVERSION REQUIRED ] Major task: - Right now we have many static HTML files, we need you make them reactive n dynamic to make it as SPA. - Virtual DOM to be used for better SEO. Render everything on server. - To be written in JSX - Flux architecture has to be used - Gulp is okay but WEBPACK is the best and most preferable. - SEO is one of our major concern - Our Backend API has to be connected to the fronted by you. - Cool javascript animation effect/ faster transitions required WITHOUT using Jquery. - Maintain the exact design, create the flawless UI/UX. - Has to work with our online agile team.
