I need to rent 4 bed houses in South Dublin, Ireland for €15,000 or less per year. I am willing to pay the landlord one years rent in advance per house right away upfront. Research is needed to all estate/property agents, property websites and anywhere else here in Dublin, Ireland. You will need to email, call, whatever is needed to locate these properties. I will consider anything, even a property that needs renovation. It must be in South Dublin.

Anyone who tells you that they can find a 4 bedroom house to rent for you in South Dublin at less than €15 000 per year, is misleading you. Those properties do not exist. For the properties which needs renovation possible, who is going to do the renovation? Are you as the tenant going to renovate? The cheapest available on the market at the moment is for approx €2700 per month for South Dublin. Then it will further depend on whom you are looking for this property. Is it an executive that wants to be close to the Microsoft offices for instance? What about the schools in the area? Is that important? Does it need to be close to public transport? For instance the Luas or the DART or is that not important? I would be happy to discuss this further with you. Lily
