Hello, Am a graphic designer by profession with love for event planning. I think i can come up with some few suggestions and later we can discuss in details if my bid is accepted. Firstly, am assuming you will be throwing various parties not just one from the way the description sounds, and if my assumption is right. Then the first thing is to focus on your social media campaign. In details, you will be required to have a unique page for this event on Facebook, twitter, Instagram and even YouTube with an official website which can be a landing page. Also, we will need to work on hashtags and contents including images that will be used on these social media pages in order to boost interest about the party and build an electronic word of mouth or make the event trend. After we are able to do this, we can now focus on actual promotion which could be done on google ad words and Facebook promotions. And depending on your budget create banners and flyers.
