Zen Cart Ecommerce Site Development and Conversion Increase

We currently have a performance auto parts online store that works in conjunction with two physical sales locations an a mail order catalog. We are currently getting between 500-700 visitors a day, but have an average conversion ratio of .25%. This project is looking for a talented company that can work in a Zen Cart Website so that all sales vectors can increase; Conversions, Total Sales, Average Sales Amount, Return Customer purchases. Al options are available to focus on. We currently have an existing company that is handling the website SEO, SEM, and Product Feeds responsibilities. Your responsibility ids to focus on the on page content, search and order process, email marketing, web design, and split testing plus anything else that can drive conversions. ***The site is PCI compliant, and it is very important to maintain compliance with any and or all changes that are performed.*** The site is <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables | | | The main focus of the coder or team selected is to focus on conversions. Any and all means deemed appropriate and reasonable are allowed once the changes are approved by myself. The coder will be taking little or no direction from the employer as to what changes should happen. He will be given free reign to suggest any changes necessary to drive sales and access to implement such changes once they are approved. Daily reports will be necessary and communication will be done via the vWorker messaging system and or Skype. Elements that can be changed by the coder: * Design and Layout * On-Page copy and content. * Split Testing * eMail Marketing * Search Functionality * Pricing Changes/ Optimization. (To be inline with competitors) * Optimization of core Code * Order Processing * Consolidation of the catalog based on attributes. Areas that need to be avoided or thoroughly checked and approved before changing. * Anything that effects the PCI Compliance * Anything that effects the professional reputation of the company or brand. * Anything that effects the products name, category, performance history need to be approved of first since they can effect the URL structure we are optimizing for. * Changes to the billing process or payment modules. In determining what changes should be done first, please select the one that can give the fastest results. The coder should bear in mind that if the changes cannot drive additional revenue, another coder will be selected. Getting additional information for Copy and Content either text, image, or multimedia is ultimately the responsibility of the coder, but is also facilitated and assisted by the the employee. 3rd party content must not violate copy right laws as stated in the legal addendum. You will be given access to the server, web files, Zen Cart Admin Section, MySQL, PHPMyAdmin, and Google Analytics. We also have a computer that has Magnetic One's Zen Cart Manager installed and can be accessed via Team Viewer. Coder must have a valid Skype account for chat, voice and video conferencing. Coder must have a usable Gmail account to access Google Analytics.
