Simple Inventory Management and Point of Sale

I need a simple functional Shop Management solution. Primary functions are Inventory Management and Point of Sale. But it should be capable of extending to basic CRM functionality such as capturing Customer Info or maintaining Customer Ledger. Inventory Management: Need Product Category, Supplier, Vendor Master etc. Types of Products - Jewelry Articles, Gift Articles, Raw Material Product purchase price may be a retail price or based on Unit of Measurements (UoM) such as weight, pieces etc. Sale price may also vary based on any of these UoM Tax master needed to be tagged to product, number of Taxes may vary based on product type Sale: Need to capture customer info Select products, basic information and prices must be auto-populated including taxes etc. User will have the provision to overwrite any of the values populated Generation of Invoice and Sale Register Reports: Reports must be available for tracking daily inventory movement, total stock, day sale etc. Bidder must understand the business and understand the fact that there will be masters required as part of design that is not mentioned here. I am looking a quick solution so I am open to either a Desktop based application or a web based solution. What is important is that the system must store data in a database and be accessible from multiple machines. C# .NET is a preferred technology but given the time constraint this is not a must. Ready solutions with parameters for various functions/options preferred.
