Create a program that can viberate a Xiaomi Mi Band from Windows 10

I am looking for a C# developer who can do the following: 1: Search for Xiaomi mi band (2 / 3) version (option to add also other wristbands) 2: If there is a Xiamo mi band available (pair it) 3: Create a button in the program to send a command to the Mi band to let it vibarate The program need to be written in C# WinForms Only short candidates who can deliver this fast are welcome!
