Create a screen recorder - works on mac and PC

here are the functions i need for the software * Record defined size or full screen video * Record audio from microphone * Record user clicks * Must be compatible with all major browsers for the pc and mac and linux * files mut be uploaded to selected folder, FTP, dropbox or youtube. The recorder should have the following buttons -record, pause, stop, upload, comment -button previous and next, and text display I would like to be able to pre-define tasks for the user using the screen recorder. Once they finish wih task 1, they click on "next" buttton, and a text will display the task 2 to make etc... I want the screen recorder to be able to follow a instructions that will show on the screen. Budget can be adjusted if needed -
