Linux script (bash/perl/python) to scan files for keywords and output counts

Hi, Thank you for looking at my project. This should be relatively quick for someone with the skills - i dont mind which language is used - but must run on debian linux. Situation - I have a directory of html files all with different names. I have a master CSV file of keywords ([login to view URL]) I need a script to scan though each of the files in the directory and list a count of each number of words and output to a file. Example: Directory contains: \[login to view URL] \[login to view URL] \[login to view URL] [login to view URL] contains: Martin, Luke, Paul, Green, Red, yellow Script runs on and outputs the following to a text file: [login to view URL]: Green 2 Red 5 [login to view URL]: Martin 6 [login to view URL]: Paul 4 yellow 2 Or something similar? I just need to view the amount of times the csv keywords appear (if they do) in each file. This is an urgent requirement (today ideal). Many Thanks Lee
