Read and plot witsml data

Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt, please) and would like to help you (25 years a webmaster and IT developer, scripting visualizations for 7+ years). Now the WITSML XML data standard is not easy to grasp and your requirements are not clear as well - especially first graph showing full dashboard (to develop?). The budget is good for web based visualization app allowing reading and displaying your data as proposed in your second image. The same app would be fine to display on mobile devices as well (smartphones, tablets) and I could separate all (English) text strings to be ready for easy translation and thus localization of the app in other language. So proposal is for web app in English only, probably having (web)server side data file parsing and web browser displaying and using the data with a custom viewer. Exact requirements would first had to be written and agreed. I'm open and wish to discuss all before you accept this or any other bid. Best Regards, Matt S
