I can use my socket programming skills for you. If you want reliable data transfer I'll use TCP else I'll use UDP. I have recently build 2 projects which were implementing the TCP and UDP protocols.

Good expertise in Java and message communication. The network simulator will create two threads. One thread will act as sender and the other thread will acts as the receiver. Instead of two threads, we can create two processes. Open two different command windows on the same machine.
