I run a training school. I would like software that can easily track student attendence. Furthermore, these stundents have come at different times and have paid for different lengths of time.
Therefore, I need software that:
1. Will allow me to organize students into classes.
2. Will list the students in each class in a grid with dates with buttons to mark wether the student was present or absent.
2a. While in the grid window, it should also subtly inform how many sessions a student has remaining on their contract.
3. Will alert me when a student has nearly finished their contract. (Such as having their name turn yellow in the grid view when they have 10 sessions left, and red when they have 5 sessions left)
4. Will sync across a network.
If needed, I can provide mockups made in Photoshop of what I'd like the screens to look like.
The office where this app will be applied will not have internet access, however it will have network access. Therefore, an online app is not feasible, but I would like to have a central server to host the information to sync it across the network.
