We need a gifted Telugu writer to author the biography of my grandfather.
Location: Hyderabad is preferred. At the very least must be in Telangana.
All travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Position summary:
• Should be able to reconstruct career/phases of individual in narrative form
• Research material from sources such as newspapers, diaries, personal papers, correspondence, written accounts of events the person participated and consultation with relatives/acquaintances of the subject/person
• Should portray actions/behavior of the subject based on events and application of psychological analysis.
Skills required
• Should be well versed in Telugu (Reading/Writing).
• Must have atleast 2 years of writing experience in Telugu
• Previous blog writing experience in Telugu will be a plus
• Experience of writing any biography will be a bonus
• Personable: should be able to interview family/friends to extract life episodes
Minimum Qualifications
• Any degree. Freshers from Journalism schools are encouraged to apply.
• Telugu literature degree will be a plus
