Greetings, I'd like to put myself forward to model your site in ArchiCAD. I have nearly a decade of experience as an architectural technician using ArchiCAD to create documentation as well as 3D models, 3D sketch and photorealistic renderings of both new and existing/renovated buildings. In order to complete the model I will need the following: -Site photographs -Site dimensions/title information -Building overall dimensions -Photographs of the building facades so that I may create an accurate model of them. -Clarification of whether you require only an ArchiCAD .pln file of the model (and what version of ArchiCAD you would like the file created in) or whether you also require photorenders or other images of the building and site. I can produce ArchiCAD models in versions 12 through to 17/current. Please feel free to contact me to discuss further the details and scope of the work.
