Create an Animation

Looking for someone who can be creative and design a logo and a matching animation project for my website. We are a handyman / home repair business. I am looking for a handyman guy as a logo wearing his tool belt and carrying a few tools. Then I would like for him to do some animations. examples: in the background a tree falls into a house. he jumps into his truck and rushes over to the house, cleans up the tree and fixes the house. example2. In the background a tornado comes and blows away the roof on the house. Our handyman again jumps into his truck and comes to the rescue. example3. a car crashes into the house. example4. lightning strikes the house and a rain cloud forms over it and starts raining. example5. someone sets the house on fire. etc. etc. etc. Here is a link to something similar to what I am looking for: [login to view URL] * Once complete this should only be view-able in a small window on my website.
