I'm a 3D modeller with twenty years of experience and some background as a mechanical draughtsman. This particular project can be done using a parametrical modelling software (e.g. SolidWorks) to define the object shape and then feeding it with a simple excel file to make the dimension variations. This workflow would guarantee that all objects will be homogeneous and also save a lot of modelling job.
