I work in engineering, design and architecture any construction project The services I offer include 2D and 3D project , animation ,3D modeling, 3D rendering, Interior design, Exterior design, Floor plans , 2d into 3d conversion

1. Scope of Work - a. To take down the detailed Layout/ Plan, Working Drawing & material specifications, etc. of the Project from the Client for starting the 3D modeling work. b. To prepare the 3D modeling work and make modifications till client’s satisfaction and take client’s final approval. c. To give Soft Copies in Jpeg Format. 2. Deliverables - Set of all final visuals will be given to the client in CD/Flash Drive. 3ds max models are not a part of deliverables. It is the property of 3D Atelier. The 3ds max models (without textures and proxies) would be available at an additional cost, if required. 3. Amendments - The quoted price includes 4 rounds of minor amendments & revisions in the entire production. Any revision made beyond the 4 review stages will incur extra cost. A revised/ additional quotation will be issued in such circumstances for your approval before further commencement of work 4. Image Quality/ Resolution - 3D Atelier is not responsible for the quality of the output if the artwork has been reprocessed or modified by a third party. Perspective to be rendered at default resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, 300 dpi. Animation (High Definition Video/720P) to be rendered at (1280 x 720) pixels. Animation (Full High Definition/ 1080P) to be rendered at (1920 x 1080) pixels.
