Do some 3D Modelling for a Caravan/Vehicle

STAGE ONE OF PROJECT... Please quote on stage one only please....I need a 3D model of a Caravan ( an example of a similar caravan is attached) to show a Caravan Manufacturer what the Product will look like. It does not need very much detail at this stage. I will supply a two D drawing scan for exact side elevations and front and back views also.
