Home building firm looking for a 3D photo realistic exterior front elevation view of house for promotional material.
Successful candidate will provide examples of similar work and/or demonstrate the skills necessary to accomplish the project. Relatively straightforward design as can be seen in the attached .dwg file and accompanying image files.
Special care will be taken to environmental elements as they can quickly "cheapen" the overall look if not careful. "[login to view URL]" is a great example of environmental elements complimenting house, however less shrubs/flowers would be okay.
"[login to view URL]" is an example of what would be deemed a successful final rendering. Anything short of this would not be accepted.
Edits will be done at no charge but with this type of project, very few if any will be required.
Bids and accompanying portfolios will be read thoroughly, please do not PM unless there is good reason to do so.

"[login to view URL]" is one of our partially completed houses to use as an example for colour, materials and texture of siding, shingle, etc.
"[login to view URL]" is the autoCAD file for the house design. (interior is not part of this project, just front exterior.)
