The work I did (and still do) has been in a "modular" workflow. Modeling clothing and the characters in "parts". texturing each so they were interchangeable and only had to swap out the textures but kept the same model and UV layouts. To complete one model (in parts) and bid for that only willing to discuss terms. I would do one for $25. Recent similar projects included work for medical sites. There was a large quantity of images for their site as it was interactive like yours. My professional background includes experience with fabric types (realistic) and surfaces.
