Just recently I completed a project just like this for YuAcademy who are specialized in providing online courses for business & 'elite exams attending' students in India. This project is just similar to your requirement but they required it for different platforms including Android and Ios mobile devices. We took many LMS including codementor and Udemy for reference and we came up with an amazing solution. I extensively used AngularJS to achieve this finally and I am exited to see a similar project here. Yes. My experience with my previous project helped me to find out the hurdles and to correct them.
