Multiplayer Problem: Works in PIE and standalone, not in packaged client and server
I have a Multiplayer FPS shooter template from UE4 Marketplace that I need it to be running on a dedicated server.
Using the option "Run Dedicated Server" and number of players:2 from editor using the level “Deathmatch” works fine.
However, when I build the client and server, I can see the players moving around and seems fine, but health points don't change when player gets shot or when a barrel explodes near the player.
There's something that I am missing here and I have been unable to generate search terms that would lead to a solution.
I'll pay for the solution, if you know about UE4 and networking, please write me for more information and source files.
