Custom vTiger Module - Service Call Scheduler - repost

Create a vTiger module to schedule employees (technicians) to go to a customers house for a service call 3 views are needed into the scheduler Field Technician -need a view for the employee(s) in the field where they can see what appointments they have next. -directions to each location using google directions API. -would be great is this was a webapp (so that it could be easily used on an iOS or Android device) Office Employee -need a view for the employee at the office who schedules the appointments -they could see the schedule by all technicians, by individual technicians -they should also have the ability to search the schedule for a customer -ability to create preset types of appointments and durations an appointment normally takes (ex. installation takes 3 hours, service call takes 1 hour, etc.) -ability to choose the hours in the week a technician normally works (ex. Ted works Monday to Thurs, Tom works Wednesday to Saturday) Customer Portal/Widget -a form that could be placed on a public site that would allow a customer to schedule an appointment -they would have a calendar that would show days that had free slots for appointments and they could setup -they would not have the ability to choose their technician Other details: -each appointment would place a note in the customers history
