Hello, As you will see from my profile I am an experienced .net developer and have been developing with VB.NET since its launch in 2001. Before that I worked with Visual Basic 6, so I have a through understanding. I have developed a number of database synchronisation apps, and as recently as four weeks ago I wrote an app that synchronises changes on Amazon web services S3 with a SQL server database locally. My main approach would be to use LINQ queries in VB.NET that would look at both remote and local tables to identify the differences and update the relevant tables with the missing data. Hello, to connect your VB.net project to a MySQL database you need MySQL Connector add-on for Visual Studio. Also, you need your hosting service to allow remote connections to your online MySQL database. Most hosting services won't allow you to do that for security reasons, and I'm not sure you can discuss that subject with them. They don't allow that kind of services, the only way to access those MySQL is directly on the site, using localhost. So, you need to investigate how your hostibg service works. You could Test using your local computer (wamp or appserv) this obviously works since you have all permissions.

Hello, Can you please share the local database which you want to syn to online database. We can use SQlyog for synchronizing the local database to online database or we can also use window scheduler to run at specific time or frequency.
