I did this over and over for a long period of time and all my videos where approved for TV broadcast so i know what i'm doing. I know how to mix video footage and still images so that it looks like a nice presentation. If you allow me to finish this project for you, i will show you great tricks that transform every still image into a "video" that looks very professional (as long as the picture has a decent resolution). Regarding the audio, i would recommend that you use some kind of background music (but it's up to you). If you're concerned because the background music has it's price (on top of everything else), don't worry about it.
