Voiceover & screen-capture video of presentations

Hello! I am looking for screen capture videos and voice overs made from my presentations about finance & IT. Details below. At the moment, I have over 10 hours worth of material, and will have more so if satisfaction with this project is mutual, would be delighted to start long-term cooperation. Many Thanks! *** What I Have: - Mac Keynote (v 6.2) presentations with slides (for the screen capture video) and presenter notes (for the audio). - The topic of the presentations is finance/accounting and IT/computing/cloud. *** What I Need: - High quality video (i.e. screen capture video that shows presentation slides) - High quality audio only (the same material but just the voiceover) *** Requirements for artist: - Native English speaker - Accent: ideally neutral 'accent-free', but 'posh' English accent, or very clear American accent or very clear Australian accent are ok also *** Requirements for voicover: - Must sound like spoken word, not just text that is being read - Must sound like an expert who is interested in and excited about the topic - smile and enthusiasm in the voice - Must sound natural *** Technical requirements: - Mac Keynote (compatible with version 6.2) – the presentation is in Mac Keynote format (not Microsoft Powerpoint) - Screen-capture software that records high quality video - Equipment & software that record high quality audio *** Advantages: - Finance, accounting and/or IT experience As material includes specific lingo and abbreviations (e.g. SaaS/PaaS/IaaS; Capex/Opex; SOX,…) – some knowledge of finance and/or IT would be welcome. However, an experienced voiceover artist, with good 'googling' and acting skills, can do this with no prior knowledge of the subject, of course :) - Initiative & Voiceover experience Text contains abbreviations (etc., e.g., ....) and does not really include 'connecting' language ('so…') Thus some initiative might be needed to make the voiceover flow naturally.
